Chris Christian

Chris is the CEO of VADIS in Western WA. He has been working in the field of employment and people with disabilities for over 40 years. Chris has strong skills in organizational change and management, having transitioned two sheltered workshops and Group Supported Employment services into total individualized supported employment in communities. Chris has built and managed strong leadership teams and mentored many other organizations in their journeys. Chris also has expertise in fund development and housing service acquisition and management. Chris has also expanded organizational services geographically and programmatically many times. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education.
