Often people who participate in or facilitate a person-centered plan put emphasis on the planning facilitator to help unlock a person’s dreams. When often, what helps most is a group focus on the current life dynamics and history that bring the planning team together.
In this webinar, Understanding the Person in Person Centered Planning. Timothy Corey will help you understand how a person’s life story and the dynamics of their current life can be a source of good information to build a solid actionable plan that will endure for years.
Learning Objectives (Info, tools, and skills attendees will receive):
- Understanding of the human dynamics at play when we do planning
- How to help planning team members take more ownership of their plan
- How to “enroll” team members in the development and implementation of the plan that increases the chances that the plan will endure for years.
