Katherine Titus (She/Her)
Katherine Titus has more than 25 years of experience working with individuals who are planning for work and full lives of thriving, opportunity, and joy. Katherine has worked with individuals, families, counties, the Developmental Disability Administration, DVR, employers, provider agencies, and schools to promote equity and empowerment in lives, opportunities, and employment for all. Some of her experience includes facilitating person-centered employment plans and working with service providers and individuals to transform services and expand person-centered, equitable employment practices. Additionally, she appreciates the opportunity to provide in-person and online training on person-centered plan facilitation, customized and supported employment practices, discovery, values and beliefs, and self-determination.
Katherine holds an MSW (Master of Social Work) degree, and her strengths include supporting individuals through system navigation, person-centered planning, and advocating side-by-side with other advocates. She believes in working with a high level of optimism, discipline, and energy in all areas of life.
Katherine believes that when we stay grounded in values and flexible in approach, we can be steadfast and determined in our work to dismantle systemic ableism and create true opportunity.
