Nexil Dor is a skilled accounting and technology professional with a strong foundation in both finance and information systems. A first-generation college graduate, she holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Dallas College, where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She also earned a Bachelor of Science and Technology with a major in Information Technology and served as Secretary of the Society of Scholar Students.

Nexil brings hands-on expertise in tax preparation and planning, payroll, AP/AR, and general ledger management. She is proficient in QuickBooks, the Yardi property management platform, and the Juris legal accounting system. With additional strengths in automation, workflow optimization, and cybersecurity principles in finance, she has helped streamline financial reporting processes, saving over 20 hours per month through automation, and has contributed to successful audits with zero significant findings.

With experience working in multicultural, global teams, Nexil excels at translating technical concepts into actionable insights for financial decision-makers. As a person of color, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and a strong advocate for digital equity and financial literacy, she brings a diverse and inclusive perspective to traditionally homogeneous fields.
