Dan Rutten

Dan has been facilitating Person-Centered Plans since 2012, working with individuals and their teams to outline goals and strategies for moving forward. When planning, Dan encourages teams to lean into the best a person has to offer, what their vision of a thriving future looks like, and identifying what is needed to move in that direction. By taking a step back and strategizing approaches for how a person can reach their goals rather than assuming what is or isn’t possible, Dan has found that teams are often surprised at what’s able to be achieved when rallying around a person with an ‘all hands on deck’ approach.
