Dan has been facilitating Person Centered Plans since 2012, working with individuals and their teams to outline goals and strategies for moving forward. When planning, Dan encourages teams to lean into the best a person has to offer, what their vision of a thriving future looks like, and identifying what is needed to move in that direction. By taking a step back and strategizing approaches for how a person can reach their goals rather than assuming what is or isn’t possible, Dan has found that teams are often surprised at what’s able to be achieved when rallying around a person with an ‘all hands on deck’ approach.
